Our vendors are extremely important and help us accomplish our goals.

All proceeds go towards the Optimist Club and the nonprofits that we support.

 

Become a Vendor

Vendor Booth Space - $75.00

For vendors that want to sell products or promote their business:

You’ll have space to set up a canopy, table, and other items within the vendors area to sell products and promote your business.

Non-Profit Booth Space - $0

Space in the vendor area to show off the amazing services and accomplishments of your non-profit.

Additional Notes for Vendors

  • Vendors are encouraged to have samples, coupons, door prizes, etc.

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs & canopy (unless you have selected the specific vendor package where we provide these)

  • Electric power will not be available.

  • Vendors must have insurance to cover their booth areas.

  • Vendor set up to begin at 8:00am the day of the event.
