Our vendors are extremely important and help us accomplish our goals.

Become a Vendor

Vendor Booth - Vendor booth is free but we would respectfully request a donation.

Vendor Booth w/ Representative & Booth Provided - $100

For vendors that want to participate but are out of town, we can provide a vendor booth AND a representative to hand out your brochures, coupons, company samples, and/or door prizes. We will also collect contact information from interested parties for you! Materials provided for the vendor booth must be received by August 31st. Vendor will be responsible to cover any shipping costs for items that must be returned after the event. Contact Norm for the address to ship materials to.

Additional Notes for Vendors

• Vendors are encouraged to have samples, coupons, door prizes, etc.

• Vendors must provide their own tables & chairs (unless you have selected the specific vendor package where we provide these)

• Electric power will not be available.

• Vendors must have insurance to cover their booth areas.

• Vendor Set Up is from 7:30 AM and should be unloaded by 8:15 AM, and tear down is at 2 PM on the day of the event at Bryant Park.
